Introduction
Fanmei Industrial Co Ltd T/A TSRGD.co.uk whose registered address is Evolution House, Iceni Court, Delft Way, Norwich, Norfolk, England, NR6 6BB is a private limited company incorporated and registered in England and Wales (registered number: 08003632).
TSRGD.co.uk in this document means Fanmei Industrial Co Ltd T/A TSRGD.co.uk.
Online Software in this document means webbrowser-based software provided by TSRGD.co.uk which can be purchased by local authorities and private companies.
Licence in this document means permission granted by the TSRGD.co.uk (the licensor) to the licensee (the entity who paid for the access) to access the online software.
Users means the named individuals who have been selected by the licensee as being permitted access to the Online Software under the licence.
By purchasing a licence, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. You also agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from purchasing a licence.
Annual licence-based service
The licence is sold as an annual service. If a licence is not renewed at the end of the annual term, access to all users to the shall be terminated by TSRGD.co.uk.
TSRGD.co.uk grants the licensee a non-exclusive licence allowing the users to use Online Software for the duration of this agreement. The licence granted shall start and end on the dates stated on the invoice.
The licence permits access to the Online Software for the maximum number of people stated on the invoice. On successful purchase of the TSRGD.co.uk licence, you will be requested to provide a list of names and email addresses of individuals who will be permitted access to the online software. All email addresses under each licence must be from the same company and have the same domain name in their email address.
Each named individual will receive their own private username and password to access the online software for their own use only.
Users shall not share their Online Software account username and password with any other individual, and are responsible for maintaining the security of their username and password. Sharing usernames and passwords between individuals will result in immediate termination of access for all individuals in the licensee organisation. You should notify TSRGD.co.uk immediately upon learning of any unauthorised use of your Online Software account or any other breach of security.
Users are solely responsible for any and all activities that relate to their TSRGD.co.uk account. Users may not use the Online Software for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor violate any applicable laws.
At any point in time, some of the functionality available within TSRGD.co.uk may be changed, updated, enhanced or removed with the intention of improving the overall value created for users of the product and you acknowledge that these changes may be made.
Licence costs
All fees related to the use of TSRGD.co.uk Online Software are paid in advance and no fees are refundable.
If any fees are unpaid and outstanding, TSRGD.co.uk reserves the right to terminate the licence and remove all associated users access accounts.
Prices for the Online Software and any TSRGD.co.uk services will be reviewed annually. If a licensee chooses not to renew at the new price, their access to the service will be terminated.
Data privacy
TSRGD.co.uk is wholly committed to protecting the privacy of its clients’ data as well as the data collected about its clients’ customers and web visitors. It is recommended that you also review our privacy policy.
Term & termination
You can cancel your licence at any time by contacting TSRGD.co.uk and requesting an account cancellation.
Once your cancellation request has been processed, your account will remain active for the licence period which has already been paid.
TSRGD.co.uk reserves the right, at its discretion, for any reason to suspend or terminate any active users.
Violation of any of these Terms & Conditions may result in the immediate termination of the licence.
Disclaimer
The Online Software has been created with careful consideration to ensure it is consistent with the official Traffic Signs and Regulations and Directions and subsequent Amendments (found at https://www.legislation.gov.uk/). However whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the information is accurate, up-to-date and functioning correctly, this will not always be achievable and therefore the following disclaimer applies.
The Online Software and websites are provided “as is” without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility, non-infringement, accuracy and security. The Online Software does not guarantee or represent that the content and/or facilities available or accessible via the Online Software and website will always be accurate, complete or current or that access to the websites will be uninterrupted.

Changes to these Terms & Conditions
We may update these terms & conditions (1) to reflect changes in our services or how we do business – for example, when we add new services, features, technologies, pricing or benefits (or remove old ones), (2) for legal, regulatory or security reasons or (3) to prevent abuse or harm.
If we materially change these terms or service-specific additional terms, we’ll provide you with reasonable advance notice and the opportunity to review the changes, except (1) when we launch a new service or feature, or (2) in urgent situations, such as preventing ongoing abuse or responding to legal requirements.
